It started at the intersection of engineering, language, and a growing frustration with how tech companies communicate.
I completed my engineering degree in 2013, shaped equally by my dad’s engineering brain and my mom’s love for language. While waiting for my placement results (I’d been placed at Microsoft), I wrote a LinkedIn post explaining my final-year project.
That post changed everything.
An editor-in-chief working on a product incubated at Ogilvy & Mather Singapore found it. Instead of asking me to code, he asked me to help explain a product.
That’s where I learned the craft that still defines Contensify today: simplifying complex tech products without dumbing them down.
Engineering and marketing were constantly at odds.
Engineering and marketing were constantly at odds.
That gap is where most SaaS growth quietly breaks.
Working closely on the launch of an analytics product, I saw something clearly.
Later, while working with a YC-backed martech startup, alongside continued freelance work with Ogilvy’s product team, the pattern became impossible to ignore.
I didn’t start Contensify because starting an agency was “cool.”
I started it because my ADHD brain wanted to work with many tech products at once, understand how they worked, and help teams communicate them clearly.
What began as freelance work for SaaS companies quickly turned into something more structured. By 2015, as projects grew and clients stayed longer, Contensify became a company.
We’ve worked with eCommerce SaaS, AI companies, HR tech, analytics platforms, healthtech, and fintech – including several global unicorns.
Today, we’re in our 11th year.
A fully remote team of 13+
Strong processes built for quality and scale
A trusted network of specialists we collaborate with
Clients across the US, UK, Germany, India, Dubai, and the Netherlands
We don’t believe in fixed packages or one-size-fits-all services.
Every SaaS company we work with is at a different stage – with different constraints, priorities, and expectations. So our approach is deliberately flexible, but never loose.
Before writing a single word or optimising a page, we focus on understanding:
Without clarity, content and SEO are just activity, not strategy.
Strong organic growth doesn’t happen in isolation.
We look at how content and SEO connect to:
When these are aligned, organic channels compound. When they aren’t, they stall.
We don’t chase short-term wins that collapse later.
Instead, we focus on:
The goal isn’t quick traffic; it’s durable growth.
Many of our long-term clients don’t think of us as an agency
We collaborate closely with founders, marketing teams, product teams, and growth leaders.
Clear communication, documented processes, and honest feedback are non-negotiables for us.
Organic growth works – but only when the fundamentals are right.
We believe:
But when done right, it becomes one of the strongest, most defensible channels a SaaS company can build.
We’re okay being underestimated for saying that.
The right teams understand why it works.
I didn’t build Contensify to scale fast or chase trends.
I built it because I genuinely enjoy working with complex tech products and helping teams explain them clearly.
Over the years, I’ve seen how often good products struggle, not because they’re weak, but because they’re misunderstood.
We’ve chosen the slower path – no growth hacks, no shortcuts, no templated services. That choice hasn’t always been fashionable, but it’s allowed us to build long-term relationships and do work we’re proud of.
If you’re building something meaningful and want a partner who treats it with the same care, we’ll probably work well together.
Founder, Contensify
Contensify is for SaaS teams who:
We work with a limited number of SaaS companies each year so we can stay deeply involved and do the work properly.
If you’re serious about content, SEO, and long-term search visibility and want a partner who thinks beyond quick wins, let’s talk.
Start a strategy conversation.
We’ll be honest if we’re not the right fit.
